Tubular Separator

This machine can be mainly used in foodstuff, chemical, biological product, blood, Chinese medicine, medicine intermediat production industry and in separation of liquid solid and seqaration of liquid liquid solid.

There are 2 main types of tubular separators:

1. Type GQ—for clarification type, it can be mainly used in separation of suspended liquid which are difficult to be separated especially in separation of thin concentration fine particles,and in separation of suspended liquid of which the specific gravity difference between solid liquid phases is very small.

2. Type GF—for separation type, it can be mainly used in separation of industrial emulsion which are difficult to be separated, especially suitable for separation of liquid liquid phases with very small specific gravity differences, and in separation of liquid liquid solid phases containing small impurity.

The separators have been developed on the original general type base according to different products of different users, the types of chinese herb clarification, bacteria body separation, blood separation, low temperature freezing, vacillation type, chemical type, painting type, lab type and so on, they will have better separation effect and increase yield.
