Model SGZ is a kind of filter type automatic centrifugal machine with three-column type bottom discharge, discontinuous operation with program control. Program can be set according to the special requirement. Material feeding, separation, washing, hydro-extraction, discharging can be realized by hydraulic pressure,electrical control system. The machine has applied narrow scratcher to discharge with low speed, it can be widely used in separation of floating liquid with solid-phase particles of the fineness of 0.05-0.15mm, and it is particularly used in separation of material with strong thermal sensitivity, the particles are not allowed to break, and those materials that the operator can not be closed. The machine has the advantages of high automation,large quantities of processing, good effect of separation, smooth operation and convenient operation.

Tri-Foot Type Scratching Down Unloading Automatic Centrifuge Working principles:

Adjustable speed motor drives rotating drum to rotate with a middle speed. Feeding valve opens and material feeded into revolving drum through feeding pipe. Feeding is stopped when it has reached preset volume. Rotating drum revolves at a high speed. With the centrifugal force, liquid phase discharges through filter cloth and filter holes on the drum wall. Solid phase is left on the drum. Rotating drum ratates with a low speed and scraper scrapes the solid phase from drum wall and discharge from the bottom of centrifuge.
