Usages and characteristics:

This is filter type centrifugal machine with manual bottom upper discharge, discontinuous operation. It is applicable to the separation of floating liquid which contains 5-60% solid phase(particle, crystal or staple fibre) or the particle with 0.5-1.5mm. The machine has simple construction, convenient operation, procedures can be adjusted according to users' choice, the filter residue can be sufficiently washed, the solid-phase particles are not easily broken with good adaptability. Labor intensity has been reduced for it's bottom discharge. It is widely used in the industries of chemicals, light industry, foodstuff, pharmacy-manufactruing, textile, metallurgical etc..

Three-Columm Bottom Manned Discharge Centrifuge Working principles:

Adjustable speed motor drives rotating drum to rotate and adjust the rotating speed to middle speed. Materials added from the top of rotating drum and spread evenly on the wall of the drum. Liquid phase discharged through filter cloth and filter holes on the drum wall by centrifugal force. Solid phase left on the drum. Rotating drum rotates with low speed and scraper scrapes the solid phase from drum wall and discharge from the bottom of centrifuge.
