Granulating Dryer

This dryer is a new generation of granulating equipment developed according to GMP strictly for the industries of pharmacy, chemical, and foodstuff etc.

This unit is consisted of Model ZL-200 wet granulator, Model FG-80 fluidized Dryer, the vacuum discharging installation and relative connection pipes. The target powder, after being processed in wet granules by the wet granulator, is pushed into the fluidized dryer by the method of negative pressure and being dried immediately, then the dry granules will be delivered into next process with the vacuum discharging installation.

The whole process is operated under closed vessel to avoid the target materials being contaminated.
