GZPL Series Automatic High Speed Tablet Press

This series of machines of GZPLS Double Outlets High Speed Tablet Press are new developed model used for high speed double colors tablet pressing work, they adopt imported PLC control system and color touch screen, they have functions of automatically eject unqualified tablet, automatically tablet weight control, double layers, overload protection, emergency stop, automatically fault alarm and optional device of lone-distance communication outlet.
The average tablet weight accuracy will be controlled within ±2%, the weight different will be controlled within ±5% for tablet weight under 0.3g and ±3% for tablet weight over 0.3g.
The machine has hydraulic support for main press and pre-press, and the hydraulic pressure can be continuously adjusted, it also has function of automatic pressure preservation.
It has automatic lubrication system, this system adopts intermittently automatic lubricating method, intermission duration is adjustable and the machine has alarm for short of lubricator.
The main motor and feeding motor is frequency conversional motor, output capacity can be adjusted and the machine has function of upper and lower limitation control.
The machine has functions of upper and lower mold overload protection and upper and lower track installation protection.
The tablet press room using toughened glass and stainless steel frame, so that the press room is completely enclosed, the machine has windows open protect function.
All the parts contacted with the medicine are made by stainless steel, it meets GMP standard.
