line is comprised by KCQ40 vertical ultrasound cleaning machine, KGM620/43
vial sterilizing dryer, KGS8 vial filling and capping machine and KGL300
single head aluminum capping machine, it has functions of ultrasound cleaning,
water cleaning, air cleaning, sterilizing and drying, filling, oxygen
filling, sealer scrambling, sealer pulling, sealing and aluminum capping,
the process of sealing can make both half seal and completely seal, high
automation. It mainly used for complete process of antibiotics vials and
penicillin vials washing, sterilizing and drying.
