Filling Line
Introduction:
The production line with washing machine, oven, filling and sealing machine
ampoule is specially designed to produce liquid injection. It is consists
Model ACQ-II Ultrasonic ampoule cleaning machine, Model GMSU 400Ctunnel
with chain type sterilizing oven, Model AGF type 6-ampoule wire-drawing
and filling-sealing machine, Model GG supply water filter device, and
one hundred stage laminar flow protective cover. It is equipped with advanced
instruments, which are produced both inside and outside the country, and
features control system, stable function, low noise, convenient commission
and maintenance and low maintenance cost. It is suitable to produce the
Ampoules of 1~20m. in the production line my be supplied with two filling
and sealing machines.The unit equipment which is composed this production
line may be use solitarily. Whole productive process is under the protection
of a 100 stage laminar flow protective cover, and the production quality
is accorded the GMP standard.
Operating Principle:
Put the tray full of ampoules into Model ACQ-II Ultrasonic Ampoule machine,
this machine begins spray water automatically. When the start-up signal
is displayed, press the PLC control button. The tray will be immersed
into water under the control of man-machine interface auto-operation and
the ampoules will be feed into a position under the ultrasonic transducer
by ultrasonic wave for about 60 seconds (the time may be adjustable).
Then, the trap entered a disk and turn over for 180 degree. Then, the
ampoules are left the water with their mouths downward and are carried
out external-wall drenching, and then, the ampoules are entered the internal
spraying station under the driving of the tray-passing cylinder and are
carried out internal-wall spraying and washing by water and gas in three
times circle-washing ( washing time and the times can be set according
to actual production requirements). After above procedures is finished,
the ampoules are conveyed into a station, which is used for draining the
water inside ampoules, and drain this water fully. Final, the ampoules
are conveyed into the 100 stage laminar flow protection device between
the bottle washing machine and tunnel type oven, and then, the ampoules
are putted into the tunnel type oven after bottle-turning by manual operating.
Under
the monitoring of intelligent system Model GMSU-400C chain type Sterilizing
oven, the tray full of ampoules are successively entered the preheating
zone, high temperature sterilizing zone (the temperature of the probe
is =350?; the sterilizing time is 5mins) and low temperature zone of
oven by the conveying of the chain. The speeds of the convey chain are
stepless adjustable. The temperature control system is equipped with some
functions such as the control of temperature setting and display with
paper recording or non-paper recording etc., in order to prevent pollute
the 100 stage laminar flow protection devices are supplied in the inlet
section and outlet section of the oven. After cooling, the ampoules which
are dried, non-fungues and left the heat source are took out form the
tray by manual operation, and are entered the wire-drawing, filling and
sealing machine, and are carried out the filling and sealing for ampoules.
Ampoules
in bulk are fed into the bottle-feeding passageway of Model AGF 6-ampoule
wire-drawing, filling and sealing machine by the conveying belt. The ampoules
in group by 6 bottles are placed in the dividing disk and are intermittently
and sequentially fed into the sections of nitrogen filling, wire-drawing,
sealing, and carried out the filling and sealing under the protection
of 100 stage laminar flow protection device. Sealed ampoules are intermittently
put into the bottle feeding tunnel by a bottle-pusher.
