Theory:
Under the monitoring
of intelligent system, bottles are fed into pre-heating zone, high temperature
killing bacteria zone (temperature is =350?; bacterium killing time is
=5min) and low temperature zone of tunnel bacterium killing oven. The
speed of conveying belt is stepless control system. Whole operating process
always under the protection of 100 stage laminar flow.
