ACQ-II Ultrasonic Type Ampoulewashing Machine Operating Theory:
Put the tray full
of ampoules into the machine, it will spray water automatically. When
the start-up signal is displayed, press the microprocessor based PLC
button, the trays will be immersed into water under the action of tray-pushing
cylinder, and the ampoules will be washed by ultrasonic between the
ultrasonic transducer for about 2 minutes, then tray enters a disk and
turns over for 180 degrees, then the ampoules leave the water with their
mouths downward, then they are putted into internal spraying and external
drenching unit, internal wall of bottle are drenched, external wall
of bottle are sprayed and washed by water and gas in three time circle-washing
(washing-time can be set according to production). After above procedure
is finished, bottles are rushed with gas to remote residual water, then
withdraw automatically. After that, the ampoules are conveyed into the
tunnel of oven.
