Operating Principle:

The bottles in bulk are putted into ultrasonic washing tank by the bottle-arranging tray. After ultrasonic washing for about 80 seconds, the bottles are fed to lifting driver wheel by bottle feeding spiral conveyer and into a big drum and clamped by a manipulator, and turn over 180o (bottle's mouth downward) and clockwise rotated along with the big rotating disk 6 groups jet pipes which equipped with jet needles and under the lower of big rotating disk tracks and inserts the jet needles into the bottles and completes the spraying for inside bottles according to the procedures; spraying for two times using circulating water; spraying for once using compressed air; spray for once using fresh water; spraying for two times, using purifying compressed air again. Meantime, completes the spraying for outside bottles, so far, the washing technology for the bottles is completed. Washing bottles turn over for 180o again (bottle's mouth upward) by a manipulator and fed into a tunnel type oven by driving wheel. The bottle washing machine can control the productive capacity by frequency conversion and speed change function, and can control and adjust the sequential coordination of each procedure by PLC program control function.

The close-packed bottles are fed into the tunnel with mesh-belt type sterilizing oven and into the preheat area by the conveying mesh-belt. And then, the bottles are passed the high temperature area (sterilizing area) and the cooling area. Finally, the bottles are passed the laminar flow area, and completed the sterilizing process. Then, the bottles are fed out from the oven and fed into the oral liquid filling and capping machine. The heating process of the bottles is carried out by gold-plated quartz heat pipe which is on the upper of the mesh-belt and the stainless steel heat pipe which is on the lower of the mesh-belt. In the high temperature area, the bottles are undergoed drying and sterilizing process over 4 min. The speed of mesh-belt is controlled by machine type stepless speed changer. In order to prevent contamination, in whole sterilizing process, the bottles are under the protection of a 100 stage laminar flow protection device. Both front and rear laminar flow protection device are consisted of medium-efficiency blower fan and high-efficiency filter. The cooling process of the bottles which to be fed out from the oven is carried out by the fan which is installed on the rear of the oven and can ensure the temperature of the bottles is  ≤ 40 ℃.

The bottles are fed into the filling and capping machine by a guide and an adjustable pitch type screw bolt, and fed into filling tray with 8 stations by a driver disk which is clockwise rotated. The feed liquid is supplied by glass pump and lifting action. The bottles which already filled with feed liquid are fed into a clockwise rotating disk with 8 stations for cap-clamping by three reversible rotating disks. The aluminum caps (replace the rubber corks) are tracked and clamped on the bottle mouth by 8 flexible three tools type clamping chuck. Then, the aluminum caps (replace the rubber corks) are sequentially arranged by oscillating feeder, and fed on conveying belt by a guide and covered with the bottle mouth. After that, the bottles which filled with oral liquid and cap-clamped are fed out by an out-feed rotating disk and fed into an out-feeding tray.

Operating Theory:

Under the monitoring of intelligent system, bottle are fed into preheating zone, high temperature killing bacterium zone (temperature is ≥ 350c; bacterium killing time is ≥ 5 min and low temperature zone of tunnel bacterium killing oven. The speed of conveying belt is step less adjustable. It has paper recording or non-paper recording in temperature control system. Model KGZX8 Oral Liquid Bottle Filling and Cap-clamping Machine is applied to fill and cap-clamp for oral liquid preparations of 5-25ml and other liquid, and it is a high capacity oral liquid filling and cap-clamping machine.

Operating Theory:

The bottles are fed into the filling and cap-clamping machine by a guide and an adjustable pitch screw bolt, and fed into filling tray with 8 stations by a driver disk which is clockwise rotated. The feed liquid are supplied by glass pump and filled by that tracking for the syringe needle and lifting action. The bottles that already filled with feed liquid are fed into a clockwise rotating disk with 8 stations for cap clamping by three reversible rotating disks. The aluminum caps (replace the rubber corks) are tracked and clamped on the bottle mouth by 8 flexible three tools type clamping chuck. Then, the aluminum caps (replace the rubber corks) are sequentially arranged by oscillating feeder, and fed on the conveying belt by a guide and covered with the bottle mouth. After that, the bottles that filled with oral liquid and cap-clamped are fed out by an out –reed-rotating disk and fed into an out-feeding tray.
