Operating Principle:
In coarse washing area, the tray full of antibiotic bottles is putted into Model XCQ-IV Ultrasonic Bottle Washing Machine and begins coarse washing. Under the control of PLC programmable controller, the tray is entered the flushing station and drenching station according to the procedures successively. Ultrasonic washing time is ≥ 25 seconds, and washing time may be set by PLC program and adjustable freely. Internal flushing is thrice circle washing by water and steam, and it's time and times may be set by PLC program and adjustable. In flushing station, the rotary disk is turned over 180° , and put all bottles into the water to washing by ultrasonic wave. After the completion of washing procedure per prescribed time, the rotary disk is turned over 180° again, and the tray is putted into the drenching station by putting disk. In drenching station, the lifting device lifts and down automatically, and the needle pipes are inserted into all bottles and the thrice water and steam circle washing is began. The washing for external wall of the bottles is carries out by spraying device. After above procedure is finished, the bottles are entered fined washing area.
In fine washing area, the tray is entered Model XCQ-VI Ultrasonic Bottle Washing Machine and begin fine washing. Under the control of PLC programmable controller, the bottles is entered the flushing station and drenching station according to the procedures successively. The washing procedures are the same with one of Model XCQ-IV Ultrasonic Bottle Washing Machine. The Ultrasonic washing is time ≥ 25 seconds, and the washing time may be set by PLC program and adjustable freely. Internal flushing of the bottles is thrice circle washing by water and steam, and flushing time and times may be set by PLC program and adjustable freely. After the completion of washing procedures, the tray is putted into the separate station of washing machine automatically and is carried out the separation. Blank tray comes back the coarse washing area, and washed-up bottles in bulk are entered the Tunnel Type Sterilizing Oven automatically.
In Model GMSU-400W Tunnel with Mesh-Belt Type Sterilizing Oven, under the monitoring of intelligence system, the bottles which along with the mesh-belt are successively entered the preheating area, high temperature sterilizing area (monitoring temperature of the probe is ≥ 350℃, sterilizing time is ≥ 5 min), and low temperature cooling area. The speed of mesh-belt are stepless adjustable. The temperature monitor system is supplied with the function of paper recording or non-paper recording. Then, the dried and non-funguses bottles are entered the liquid filling and cork-putting machine and began accurate filling and cork-putting.
The dried and non-funguses bottles are fed into the mesh-belt of Model HGS Liquid Filling and successively fed into the conveying rotary disk. Then, these bottles are intermittently fed into the "U" type chamfer of dividing disk which dividing rotary by the driving of duplex chain type mesh-belt. The dividing disk is clockwise rotated intermittently. The bottles are respectively filled and corked at the same time on the station of 30° and 90° .After that the bottles are intermittently rotated under the action of the guide, and fed into the guide for out-feeding bottle. Whole operation process is under the protection of 100 stage purifying laminar flow protection device. An imported peristaltic pump filling system is installed in the filling machine.

Operating Theory:
Place bottles in the special tray; put the tray into the turn over device. Press the start button. The tray turns over for 180°under the auto-control of man-machine interface using PLC programmable controller. Put all bottles into the water to be washing by ultrasonic wave, then turn over another 180° after 25 seconds; put the tray into flushing and drenching station. The tray down automatically by lifting device; needle pipes inserted into all bottles to carry out three times circle washing by water and steam for intimae wall of bottles. The washing for extremely wall is finished. The bottles along with the tray withdraw from the washing machine .All process time is 78 seconds in total. Next washing for bottles on the tray needs once circle only. |

Operating Theory:
