This linked line can complete some process-steps such as ultrasonic coarse washing, the washing for external wall of bottle, high pressure tracing spraying alternately using water and steam by inserts the syringe needle into the bottle, heating air circulating drying and sterilizing, straight line tracing and hofilling and oscillating cork-arranging, cork-putting and cork-pressing by rotating disk etc.. This linked line is suitable to produce the penicillin bottles of various specifications. The unit equipment which is composed this linked line may be use solitarily. |

Operating Principle:
The bottles in bulk are putted into ultrasonic washing tank. After ultrasonic washing for about 80 seconds, the bottles are fed to lifting driver wheel by bottle feeding spiral conveyer and into a big drum and clamped by a manipulator and than turn over for 180° (bottle mouths downward) and clockwise rotated along with the big rotating disk. 6 groups jet pipes which equipped with jet needles and under the lower of big rotating disk tracks and inserts the jet needles into the bottles and completes the spraying for inside bottle according to the procedures: spraying for two times, using circulating water; spraying for once, using compressed air; spraying for two times, using purifying compressed air again. Meantime completes the praying using water and compressed air for outside bottles, so far, the washing technology for bottles is completed. The washed bottles turn over for 180° (bottle mouths upward) by manipulator and fed into a tunnel type oven by driver disk. This bottle washing machine can control the productive capacity by frequency conversion and speed change functions, and can control and adjust the sequential coordination of each procedure.
The bottles are fed into tunnel type oven by bottle washing machine and conveyed into preheat zone, high temperature sterilizing zone and cooling zone by a horizontal mesh-belt and a side belt. After sterilizing and removing heat source, the bottles are fed out of oven and into bottle filling and corking machine. High temperature sterilizing zone is composed a hot-air circular system by high temperature blower fan, heater, high temperature and high efficiency filter and blower fan. Neat hot-air is supplied continuously through the bottles which on the mesh-belt, and so, both the requirement of heating and removing heat source, and the protection of 100 stage laminar flow are reached. The preheat section is composed by blower fan and high efficiency filter; the cooling section is composed a cooling system by blower fan, high efficiency filter and exhaust blower to cool the bottles and realize the protection of 100 stage laminar flow. This machine adopts PLC to control and adjust the functions of each parts also adopts touch screen display to complete operation. This machine is equipped with a device to replenish fresh air continuously, also equipped with a superior digital type temperature controller to control the temperature. The blower fan features speed adjustment by frequency conversion; the mesh-belt features mechanical stepless speed change, fault diagnosis and trouble shooting.
The bottles are fed into the bottle arranging tray of Model DGSX8 Bottle Filling and Corjing Machine and arranged become a ordered uniline state and through in turn some stations such as front nitrogen filled, filling, after nitrogen filled and cork-pressing by the drive of bottle feeding track and conveying screw bolt. The bottles are completed filling on the filling station, and so, the protection of medicinal liquid for filling and nitrogen filled are realized. The filling work is completed by 8 glass pumps. The filling volume can be either unified adjusts or solitary fin adjusts. After filling, the bottles will be separate one by one and moved in a line speed same as the speed of cork-pressing wheel and the bottles feeding track, and completed a cork-pressing action. The rubber corks are arranged by electro-magnetic oscillation cork-arranging funnel and fall down on cork-pressing wheel along the track and attracted. Then, the rubber corks rotated synchroniztically along with cork-pressing wheel and rolled into the bottle mouths one by one, and so, the cork-pressing (completed corking or semi-corking) process is completed. Whole operation is under the protection of 100 stage laminar flow purifying device and realized by man-machine interface which in the electric cabinet.

Operating Theory:

Description:
Model DGSX8 Penicillin Bottle Filling and Corking Machine adopts some technology such as filling mode using straight line tracking, cork-putting and cork-pressing using disk, so, it is a high output and ideal equipment and is applied to bottle filling and corking for water injection agents, freezing and drying agents.
