Operating Theory:
Afier that the medicinal (or powders) are filled and cork-puttde, the bottles are. fed into the Model LCS-l Chain Type Conveying Belt by the Model LPZT-A Bottle Feeding Rotary Disk Which is equipped with frequency convering Speed Change and fed into the rotary disk ofthe Model ZG-00 Capping Machine by the same conveying belt.
The bottles which already fed into the rotary disk of the capping machine are fed into the intermitfently position tray, and then, positioned on the cap-putting and cap-damping stations. The cap-arranging process for aluminum caps is completed by oscillating feeder, and the cap-putting process is completed by the guide. Afier that, the aluminum caps are clamped on the bottle mouth in the cap-clamped stations by three centrifugal tools. Then, the bottles are fed out from the cap-clamping machine by a out-feed and into the Model DJT-1 Light-Detection Table by the Model LCS-1 Chain Type Conveying Belt.
The bottles are fed into the light-detection table at the speed of 80-90 bottles/min. The length of the light-detection table is 1200mm (double directions). A illuminator is installed in the light-detection, it's illuminance is ≥200 LAKS, a magnifying lens also is installed in the light-detection, it's magnifica times is l:40, and,it can supply the convenience for detection. After the light-detection, the bottles are fed into the bottle feeding guide of the Model TLJ-B(A) Labeling Machine by the Model LCS-l Conveying Belt again.
The bottle which already fed into the labeling machine are fed into the labeling station in order toadjust the spacing distance of bottles by the adjusting wheel, and labeled the labels, in which, thewords already are printed by the mode of hot print. Then, the labels are firmly and neatly pasted on thebottles by rubber belt used for round the bottles. After that, the bottles are fed out from the labelingmachine. The paper-tape reel type label is fed into the hot printing station to print by a set oflabel-feeding combined wheels and fed into the labeling station. The control of detachment of label iscarried out by the photo sensor, and the detached labels are pasted on the bottles. The heating processfor the printing head which used for the labels is carried out by the electrical heater, and the words areprinted on the labels by the photo sensor controlled type link mechanism and the color tape. Thepaper-tape reel type cooler tape is fed into the printing station by a set of color tape-feeding combinedwheel.

Description:

Operating Theory:
