Soft Gel Machine

This soft gel machine is rolling mold type encapsulator with water-cooling system, it was designed on the basis of imported advanced technology, main technical parameters reach international advantaged standard, and it meets GMP standard.
This soft gel production line includes gelatin melting pot, heat preservation tank, electric control panel, main encapsulating machine, conveyer, forming and tumbling dryer, wasted gelatin collector and mill. Working principle of the line is: feed oil product or gelatin liquid which does not dissolved, paste, ointment into two rubber with certain quantity, after two rolling mold, it will be pressed and cut into soft gel products with different shapes like: egg, fish, column, ball or calabash etc, it is widely used in the fields of pharmaceutical, cosmetic health care and pesticide etc.

This production line has following advantages:

• Water-cooling system, it avoids dust pollution caused by air-cooling system.
• Optimized designed mold, it increases output capacity with 30%-40% compare with former mold of 6 inches, at same time, wasted gelatin has been reduced.
• The gelatin is delivered on the floor through heat preservation tank by air pressure, this improves working condition.
• Soft gel conveyor is food conveyor imported from USA (FDA approved), nonpoisonous, without viscidity, easy to be cleaned.
• Forming and tumbling dryer is made in stainless steel, it has no dead corner, easy to be cleaned, oil basin located under the tumbling dryer, this ensures working space is oil free.
• All of electrical components adopt imported well-known products, this makes the line has stable performance.
• Optimized designed injector makes the density range of the solution increased.
• All the parts contacted with medicine are made by 304 or 316L stainless steel except some parts like injector and soft gel conveyer, which are made by special materials.
