Frequency-Converting Tablet Counting Machine

PA2000I is the third generation of the tablet-counting machine. Its vibrator operates as a hyper-mute eccentric sifter and the sifting frequency can be adjusted continuously. The main engine, which is driven by a frequency-converted motor, starts softly and has a wide-range speed governor. The specially designed counting plate can accomplish automatic counting and bottling for not only tablets or pills, but also capsules. A photoelectric control system is used to guarantee automatic operation when a bottle arrives at the specified position and automatic pause when there is no bottle under the funnel. In addition, the machine is also prevented from over loading, over current, under voltage or over voltage. This product conforms to the requirements of GMP absolutely. And it can also form an automatic packing assembly line by matching with unscrambling machine, bottle-cleaning machine, paper-filling machine, desiccant-filling machine, capping machine, sealing machine or labeling machine. which is used widely in pharmaceutical, foods and chemical industries.
