Characteristics: The
whole machine adopts split combination that is easy to enter into elevator
and finished cleaning workshop.
Adopts
manipulator grip feeding mechanism. The pulling stroke and every station
distance can be adjusted freely by graduated handle.
Filled
with mechanical forming device and feeding feeder to complete the stretch
forming to composite aluminum foil (duralumin) and settle the problem
of overlapping filling and lacking of tablets.
Frequency Control: the cutting times can be set according to the length
of the stroke and other factors.
Heating
by Contact: the forming temperature is reduced thereby increasing the
stability of the plastic parts.
Air-Cushion
Heat Sealing: the checker plate can be lifted up automatically through
the cylinder for cleaning after the machine is stopped. This will also
ease the effects of over pressurization.
Cross
hatch: The cross ¨Chatching on both the front and back surface of the
sheet increases tightening and reduces the chance of leakage.
General
Purpose Feeder: The successful filling rate for tablets and capsules reaches
a level of 99.9%.
Capsule
Orientation Device: Orient the capsules in a sequence according to the
different colors.
Form
a smooth coordinated flow-lines using processes such as positive-pressure
forming, electronic counting, pressing and cutting, batch number printing,
non-margin cutting. An automatic alarm is installed for finished or broken
PVC pieces and automatic stopping etc. Our product fully conforms to the
