The most important parts
of the automatic filling packaging equipment are armed with four servo-motors
to ensure the precision of weighing and making bags.
The mould pressing of
weighing tipper-hopper can be conducted with one move so that the amount
of the powder adhering to the weighing tipper-hopper can be minimized.
The weighing chamber
with constant air pressure greater than that outside is designed to ensure
that the weight of powder in each bag can be precisely controlled under
any condition.
To promote the practice
of equipment maintenance assisted with occasional repair, easy to disassemble
and assemble parts are exploited in this equipment to enable the users to
disassemble, clean, assemble, adjust and operate the equipment in the shortest
time as possible without any tools. Weighing, filling, making bag and checking are all controlled with one Industrial PC, so that each part of the equipment can run smoothly.
Various
standard parts, optional structure and automatic diagnosis functions enable
the machine operator to be aware of any trouble of the machine by giving
warn, and troubles will be filed for later reference.
The exploitation of world-leading
digital sensor technology developed independently by the manufacture makes
the weight-control more reliable. The digital optical -
fibre communication techniques, which is developed for special clients whose
workshop is strongly disturbed, can overcome any disturbance from the space
or electrical circuit. Our speculation of the
