JBFY Thin Blade Slitter Scorer
The new thin blade can
cut at high speed with good of cutting surface.
The gap between the upper
and lower slitting blades is adjusted electrically for different thickness
boards.
The working unit can
be adjusted electrically and axially to match with the deviation of the
web effectively.
It is easy for order
change manually.
With its own power, the
machine can be synchronous with the other parts of the line in electric
way.
Automatic grinding system
makes the blades sharp all along.
The machine can be furnished
with 3-slitting & 4-scoring-tool; 4-slitting & 6-scoring-tool; or
5-slitting & 8-scoring-tool.
Minimum slitting width
is 145mm, minimum scoring width is 80mm.
Available width: 1400mm-2500mm.
