The
equipment for corrugated board production line include three parts.
Main equipment consist
of mill roll stand. single facer, conveying bridge. glue machine. double
facer, slitter scorer, cut-off stacker and so on.
Auxiliary equipment,
consist of rails and carriages, main drive,pre-heater, pre-conditioner,
multiple pre-heater, glue preparing and supplying system, steam (or oil)
heating system, compressed air system, electrical control system and so
on.
Optional equipment, consist
of splicer, rotary shear, combining machine, scrap shredder, intelligent
managing system and so on.
We can provide top grade,
medium grade and common grade production line to meet different requirements
.The working speed can reach 60-200m/min and the width is from 1400mm to

forming line
The
case forming line is one of the converting equipment for corrugated board.
it features a full function of feeding , printing, scoring ,slotting,
corner cutting, trimming, die cutting, folding & gluing, stacking
and binding. Generally, the case forming line consists of auto pre-feeder,
printer slotter, foler gluer, auto stacker and auto binding machine. According
to different requirement, the case forming line has different combination
as follows:
