- Bottles are inspected for the following defects: filling level, physical dimensions of bottles, foreign body inside (i.e. glass chips, floating foreign particles, precipitate and other impurities in bottles), and crack and body adhesion on bottles.
- Preset inspection parameters on the touch screen.
- High performance and economic benefits compared to manual inspection.
- Uniform inspection and detection of even minute deviations that cannot be seen by the human eye.
Automatic inspection can take place in line with the filling line. |
